Child falls from semi with possible head injury near Sunset Strip

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were called to the Valero near South Sunset Strip for a six-year-old boy who fell from a semi truck. The child may have a head injury and is reported to be alert and breathing; diabetes is also noted.
