Child reported crying beside overturned dirt bike in business parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched to the Kenai Feed & Supply parking lot for a report of an approximately 10-year-old child seen next to an overturned Honda dirt bike. The passing caller reported the child appeared to be crying and was near an adult the caller did not believe was with the child. Details were based on the caller’s drive-by observation.
