Driver suspected of impaired driving after stop at pizza shop

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible impaired driver near Pine Street in Kelso after a restaurant employee reported a man stumbling from a white pickup truck, urinating in the parking lot, and then driving away northbound on Pacific Avenue.
