Fireworks noise complaint near Kasson high school

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch and an officer discussed a possible illegal fireworks complaint somewhere between Kasson and Mantorville, possibly near a high school. The caller reported that the fireworks noise had largely stopped by the time officers were checking the area.
