Two-car crash at North 75th Street and Leavenworth Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a reported motor vehicle accident involving a black Chevy and a blue Nissan near North 75th Street and Leavenworth Road. Police and multiple medical and fire units were on scene, and at least one patient was taken to a hospital.
