Man found unresponsive in bathtub at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to a residence near E Oak Grove St (cross streets S Highland and Maple) in Juneau for a report of an elderly man found upside down in a bathtub, purple in color and not breathing.
