Unresponsive person found at apartment in Junction City

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and EMS crews were dispatched to an apartment for a possible medical emergency after the patient could not be reached by phone. Responders then relocated and staged near a convenience store on Ivy Street in Junction City.
