Car hydroplanes off road on South Eagle Valley Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a single vehicle that apparently hydroplaned off the road near the (number withheld) block of South Eagle Valley Road in Union Township. No injuries are reported. A tow truck is being requested and traffic is being slowed in the area.
