Hit-and-run by suspected intoxicated driver

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 report of a possible hit-and-run near Wallowa Lake Highway, where an apparently intoxicated driver in a white pickup reportedly argued with the caller and then struck the caller’s car before leaving the area. An officer later reported seeing the suspected vehicle near the lake.
