False report about woman waiting in parking lot

I just spoke with a (name withheld) friend stating that she spoke with (name withheld) and that (name withheld) will be sitting in her car back in the parking lot.

Advised that she had never said anything like that to anyone.

And then whoever called it in was making it up.

Where is the Crow's Nest parking lot that she's in?
