It's going to be Highway 75, just south, or southbound bound, just coming up on the jinx exit. Southbound lanes vehicles completely engulfed at this point. self-downs before the jinx exit. Ladder tuned out. Water turnaround. You'll know and I know. As far as I know, there's nobody inside. I've got officers on scene. They said there's nobody around the vehicle, but they can't tell if anyone is inside. Other RPs that were in the area said they didn't believe anyone was inside the vehicle.
