Unconscious older man collapses at highway business location

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS and rescue are dispatched to a location on North Highway 151 Business near Lockhart Road for an older male who reportedly collapsed and is believed to be unconscious. The caller, who is out of town, was on the phone with him at the time and then lost contact.
