Reckless driver in white pickup near fairgrounds

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received several reports of a white Chevy Avalanche driving recklessly in the Jefferson area, including speeding and running stop signs along Chestnut Street and near a grocery store. Witnesses later reported the same vehicle running stop signs uptown and then heading east on Lincoln Way toward the Greene County fairgrounds.
