Field fire reported near railroad tracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible brush or field fire on the north side of the railroad tracks near milepost 116.4. It may be a controlled burn, but it appears to be burning without anyone nearby, and a farmer is seen heading toward the area.
