Large fight and reckless driving at Jamesville Beach

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a fight in progress near the pavilion bathrooms at Jamesville Beach Park, with a large crowd and some vehicles apparently trying to force other vehicles off the road. Responding units were directed to switch to a specific radio channel.
