Outside gas leak from toppled propane cylinder

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and hazmat units responded to a possible outside gas leak from a tank near 32nd Avenue South in fire district 60. Some units were later released as the situation appeared limited to a single cylinder leaking a small amount of liquid.
