Dogs reportedly left without food or water

As discussed during the dispatch call, a deputy was sent to a metal shop on Morgan Road for a possible animal neglect complaint involving dogs that reportedly had not been fed or given water for at least a week. The deputy was then asked to speak with the reporting party at another location on Morgan Road.
