Neighbor dispute with man knocking on doors

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported disorderly person involved in a neighbor dispute near Edward Street in Jackson. A man wearing a black shirt and jeans was reportedly knocking on doors, yelling through windows, and holding a broom. The reporting party requested contact by phone and was no longer on scene.
