Reckless blue pickup reported on Highway 47

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a driving complaint about a blue pickup traveling east on Highway 47 near the Highway 27 intersection, reportedly crossing lane lines, overcorrecting, and nearly hitting oncoming traffic.
