911 hang-up checked near Brighton Terrace

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to check a possible 911 hang-up near Brighton Terrace after a call disconnected and no one answered on the callback. The caller later contacted dispatch again and the response to the address was canceled. Separately, an officer reported responding to Saint Joseph’s Hospital to speak with two reported victims.
