Person detained on parking garage fifth floor

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and police units responded to a possible crisis involving one person on the fifth floor of a parking garage at a hotel off Main Street. Crews coordinated access to the structure while police negotiated with the subject, who was later taken into custody. Some units were released while others stayed to assess the situation.
