Red truck swerving and nearly hitting another vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer reported a red truck driving erratically on Highway 221 near the intersection with Highway NN North and Buck Mountain, nearly hitting the reporting party’s vehicle while traveling westbound.
