Man with stroke symptoms near Brooktree Lane in Monroe

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were dispatched to a location near Brooktree Lane in Indian Trail for a 46-year-old man who reported whole-body numbness and thought he was having a heart attack. The call was treated as a possible stroke, and responders were advised to use an emergency Code 3 response.
