Possible physical domestic dispute at Birch Street home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a 911 open line from near Birch Street in Independence, where a female could be heard screaming for help and a male and female appeared to be screaming at each other. Deputies responded to a possible physical domestic dispute at that location.
