Suspicious paving offer and cash vehicle inquiry

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded near a home on Oneil Way in Incline Village for a report of a suspicious man who claimed to be a pavement sealer. He reportedly tried to buy one of the reporting party’s vehicles with cash and then offered low-cost pavement sealing services. He left the area in a black Chevy Silverado marked with a paving company name, heading east on Oneil Way.
