Child collapse during high school graduation at football field

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a possible medical emergency at a local high school during a graduation event. Units responded to reports of a child collapsing on the football field and a separate call for a male with an apparent fainting episode. Additional crews were staged at other locations for a male who appeared extremely intoxicated, with law enforcement requested to assist.
