Tahoe driving wrong way near Walnut Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was flagged down near Walnut Street about a report of a Tahoe traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes just east of a major highway. The officer requested assistance in responding to the possible wrong-way driver.
