Loose dog attacks horse on County Road 2

As discussed during the dispatch call, deKalb County units were requested near County Road 2 for a report that a neighbor’s dog got loose and attacked a horse. The reporting party was upset and mentioned shooting the dog but was advised that was not acceptable.
