Broken window and spray-paint threat at home

I have an information complaint for you.

It's going to be (number withheld) Water Street, apartment (number withheld).

Complainant is advising that their window was broken a couple nights ago, and the person that did it, a buck subject, said that he was going to come back and spray paint the house tonight.

Complainant is not at home at this time.
