Downed power line sparking on West Church Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a reported downed power line that was sparking near Church Road, where a tree was also down across the line. Another fire department later reported they were en route to the 14000 block of Church Road for the same power line issue. A separate medical call mentioned an adult woman with a swollen lip at a different location.
