and so I got a call that came in through now and one of a shooting or possible shooting over at Kelly Village apartment but the complainant said that the person he believes was shot may have been shot like in his upper leg or in the butt he already left they got into a van to take him to some type of hospital by private vehicle but he don't have no information like there's no complainant now, because I don't know where he's gone. There's no suspect, and the caller was just providing information there. What do you suggest we do? I can have somebody go around to sit into a court, but I don't have an actual victim or suspect.
