Man rolling in dirt and trying to enter cars

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received multiple calls about a man with no shirt and black pants rolling in dirt on the sidewalk and then reportedly trying to get into cars in the road near a Taco Bell in the Houghton Lake area. Deputies were sent to check on the situation.
