Dad told him he was going to snap his neck, and then caller said he was calling 911. Dad broke the phone in three and then grab caller by neck, break. It has to be a (name withheld). He's called also saying he doesn't know where (name withheld) is and that it's past his curfoo. We have advice that we know where he's at, and so we'll be over shortly quite the history at this residence.
