South (name withheld) Fire, (name withheld) City Ambulance, 29 Delta 1A, for the reported possible light aircraft down in the area of Livingwater Church spotted by a motorist on the Norfolk Southern right-of-way in town of (name withheld). One 911 call received 1908. It was white with red markings. They observed the aircraft, fly low. They heard a loud noise, and they did not observe the aircraft, gain altitude again.
