Elderly female with possible dislocated hip after fall

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible medical emergency involving a minor female who fell in a backyard near Main Street in Horicon. Reports indicate she may have a dislocated hip with leg injuries and has been moved into a chair. Police officer responding as well.
