Vehicle off road in west ditch near Hope exit

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and rescue units discussed a possible crash in the west ditch just south of the Hope exit on I-35, near mile marker 32. A pickup pulling an RV camper with a flat tire was also mentioned in the area, and responders were trying to locate the vehicle using cameras and caller reports.
