Elderly female in cardiac arrest; CPR initially in progress

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to the Park Street area in Honesdale Borough for an elderly female reported in cardiac arrest with CPR in progress. A later update indicated CPR was no longer being performed while the caller remained on the line with dispatch.
