Pickup truck hits trash can and flees scene

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer responded to a possible hit-skip incident near Holgate Party Mart in Holgate. A dark-colored Chevy Silverado reportedly struck a trash can and fled westbound toward Sagers. A partial license plate number was provided but did not return a match.
