PD's headed your way and revised, there is a hazard warning on this address for (name withheld). Female has been diagnosed autism, bipolar disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I think she's blinding her right eye and has barely had a quick vision in her left eye only when wearing glasses. She's a very limited verbal communication ability. She answers yes or no to most questions and tries to tell you what she thinks she want to hear when agitated. She's not able to communicate. So she may try to scratch her nails in the skin if agitated. She may kick her legs if she's being restrained or do the ground. When she added days, she may come to scratch the person close to her. I have a different number on here. I'm going to try and contact this now and see if we get a hold of someone. Receive Central, we just made contact with the residents. There's no issue here. We're available returning to quarters. Okay. District 23, ambulance 23, and engine 23, ambulance call.
