As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received multiple calls about a red or maroon Dodge minivan left running and blocking the intersection of Pleasant Valley Road and State Street in Hillman. The occupants reportedly ran out of gas and went to a nearby gas station to get fuel and return to the vehicle.
