Vehicle backs into parked car at Jilly's Tavern

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were sent to a tavern on First Street in Luzerne Township for a reported minor vehicle collision. A caller reported that a woman in a maroon pickup truck backed out of the parking lot and apparently struck the passenger fender of another car, and stated that the incident was recorded on camera.
