Smoke reported in third-floor apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to reports of smoke inside an upper floor apartment at a multi-story apartment building on Ann Street in Highspire. A caller on scene reported smoke filling the third floor, and multiple fire units were dispatched to investigate and manage a possible building fire. Initial arriving units reported nothing visible from the outside and began operations on scene.
