Low voltage utility coil blocking Highland roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and crews reported a possible low-voltage Verizon utility coil down in the roadway near Highland Road and Scaggsville Road in front of a nearby address. County police were on scene while Verizon was being notified to remove the roadway hazard.
