Pedestrian walking along I-215 near Baseline Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a man walking in the center divider of the northbound freeway near Baseline Street, possibly wearing shorts and a backpack, and he later appeared to move off the freeway closer to Highland.
