Man found disoriented and limping near Shiloh Marina

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male was reported walking near Shiloh Marina in Greers Ferry. He said he woke up on a boat and did not know where he was. He appeared to be staggering and limping and was accompanied by a small dog. The male was described as having short sandy blond hair, wearing blue swim trunks and no shirt. He has a black GMC truck at the marina but was not driving it.
