Suspicious vehicle parked on Fair Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to Fair Avenue near Calkins Road in Henrietta to check a reportedly suspicious white vehicle parked between a library and a dome-shaped building. The caller from the highway department said the vehicle had been occupied for a while and did not appear to have a license plate.
