Speeding Jeep reported near North Pine tennis courts

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible speeding brown Jeep near North Pine in Richland Township that apparently drove past a house at a high rate of speed and then pulled into tennis courts at the dead end of the street.
