Partially submerged Jeep found at boat ramp

As discussed during the dispatch call, rescue units responded to a report of a white Jeep Limited that was partially submerged at a boat ramp near E Monroe Dam Road in Heltonville, Indiana. A wrecker was reportedly on the way to assist.
