A report from the Sleep Inn in Hays references a possibly intoxicated driver that left the I 70 going eastbound about five to 10 min ago.

RP advises subject will have a tan motorcycle and a Walmart tag hanging off the back.

Subject driving has a long white beard and is wearing a bright orange shirt.
