Man shoots at bull elk from car near Hawk Springs
Weapons3840 East 18th apartment one zero zero three very disaster three one responding in round at 1532 I have an AOA for you at the 72.5 on U.S. 85, southbound on U.S. 85. The R.P. heard a bunch of shootings, and a bull elk was limping and looked wounded. The man jumped in the car and took off quickly. The R.P. thanks the man shot the bull elk across from the Hawk Springs Reservoir, across from U.S. 85. Now southbound on U.S. 85 towards Bear Creek, Grey, Ford, or Buitt car, Wyoming plate 14 County, 968. R.P. is no longer in contact. Bull elk is headed southbound. Didn't get a good look at the driver, but it was a male, possibly in a white shirt. Didn't see the gun at all either. Didn't take any animal with him, just possibly a wounded bull elk. This is close to where the bull elk was shot. There's a dilapidated house across from state property. The bull is headed straight south from the house into the stagebrush.
